IT, is your subconscious mind. That part of you that gets ignored, you don’t fully understand and  IT lies in waiting to show you it’s ‘superpowers.’ IT is ready and able to do thinks for you that are sometimes beyond comprehension. An internal powerhouse that you have yet to develop and will prove to be the greatest asset you have available to you.

The subconscious mind is where all of our conditioned responses, both physical and emotional, known as our habits, habitual responses reside.

We all know that if we do someting enough times, that action becomes habit. Practice makes perfect, we say “I can now do it in my sleep”, “I can do that with my eyes closed”, sound familiar? Well, let me explain how and why this happens and how you are going to use this to make positive changes in any area of your life, simply and easily.

Whenever we do something, a neural pathway is created in the mind. The information of the event is encoded in our brain so we can access that  particular information again. The more we do something, the deeper that pathway becomes, this creating a habit. The more we do something repeatedly, the deepre the groove becomes and the stronger the habit, conditioned response, and the subconscious program. Now, the intestesing thing here is that, this works whether the act is positive or negative. Your subconscious IT, is like a faithful servent. IT takes orders from the conscious mind, and IT will do whatever the consious mind tells it to do. So becoming aware of your thinking becomes crucial and the first key in directing IT in goal achievement and your overall happiness.
